2. Registration & Fees

• Joining Fee: ₹1,000 to initiate your matchmaking process.
• Refund Policy: If no suitable match is found within three months, your ₹1,000 joining fee will be refunded in full.
• Success Fee: Upon a successful match within three months, an additional ₹9,000 is payable.

3. Profile Verification

All members must complete identity and background checks. Profiles found to be fraudulent or incomplete may be suspended or removed.

4. User Conduct

• Users shall provide accurate, honest information.
• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior are strictly prohibited.
• Any misuse of messaging or personal data will lead to account termination.

5. Privacy & Data Security

We employ end‑to‑end encryption for all in‑platform communications. Personal data is stored securely and shared only with your explicit consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos are owned by Trusted Matrimony. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City].
