1. Overview

At Trusted Matrimony, we’re committed to delivering genuine matchmaking results. Our refund policy applies solely to the ₹1,000 joining fee and ensures you’re protected if no suitable match is found within the agreed timeframe.

2. Eligible Refunds

  • Joining Fee Refund: If we do not present you with at least one mutually agreed‑upon match within three (3) months from your registration date, we will refund your ₹1,000 joining fee in full.

3. Ineligible Refunds

  • Refund requests made after the three‑month period
  • Any portion of the success fee (₹9,000) once paid, as this covers completed matchmaking services.
  • Requests based on personal change of mind after a successful match has been introduced.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your account on Trusted Matrimony.
  2. Navigate to My Account > Refund Request.
  3. Fill out the Refund Request Form, providing your registration date and reason for the request.
  4. Submit the form. You’ll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours.

5. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 90 business days to the original payment method.
